# Return and Refund Policy

At RD Cycles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

### 1. Return Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

### 2. Return Shipping Costs & Fees
* **Return Shipping Cost:** Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. 
* **Restocking Fees:** We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

### 3. How to Start a Return

Once your return request is reviewed and accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

### 4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no additional cost to you.

### 5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
* Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
* Personal care goods.
* Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

### 6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

### 7. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

# Warranty Policy

We strictly adhere to global manufacturing warranties for all the brands we carry. To process a warranty claim, please email **sales.rdcycles@gmail.com** with the following required details:
* Incident report (Written in English)
* Clear photograph of the whole item
* Close-up photograph of the affected/damaged area
* Serial number (for bicycles)
* Valid proof of purchase

Please note that RD Cycles facilitates the processing step; final approval of any warranty claim is decided strictly by the brand principal.
